Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor at The Poly Kids. The Graphic Designer & Video Editor will be responsible for creating visual content, including graphics, logos, branding elements, and typography. The role will involve designing and editing videos to enhance the learning experience for children.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with organizational goals and brand objectives.

Content Creation & Publishing:

  • Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CorelDraw or equivalent for high-quality content creation.

Community Engagement:

  • Actively engage with followers and customers to build relationships, answer queries, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Resolve customer concerns raised on social media promptly and effectively.

Trend Monitoring & Adaptation:

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with influencers and strengthen relationships to maximize outreach.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign data, web traffic metrics, and SEO performance using analytics tools.
  • Track social media performance and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to suggest improvement strategies.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Skills Required : Proficiency in managing social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and convince.
  • Creative mindset and strong attention to detail for content creation.
  • Should have experience in camera handling and video shooting.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure campaign success.
  • Knowledge of graphic and video editing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro, CorelDraw
  • Ability to adapt to evolving social media trends and develop innovative strategies.
