Position: Graphic Designer cum Social Media Expert

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Expert. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for design, proficiency in industry-standard software, and expertise in managing and growing a brand's presence across all major social media platforms. This dual role requires an individual who can seamlessly transition between creating compelling visual content and executing strategic social media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation

  2. Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to:

  3. School banners and signage (for both digital and print).
  4. Flyers, brochures, and pamphlets.
  5. Advertisements (print and digital).
  6. Event invitations and program guides.
  7. Infographics, presentations, and internal documents.
  8. Develop and maintain the organization's visual brand identity and style guide across all media.
  9. Retouch, crop, and manipulate photographs and images to ensure high quality and consistency.

  10. Ensure all designs are produced to the highest standard, are on-brand, and meet print/digital specifications.

  11. Social Media Strategy & Management

  12. Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing objectives.

  13. Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (both graphic and written) for all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  14. Monitor, track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using relevant metrics (e.g., impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate).
  15. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  16. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  17. Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Manager or equivalent dual role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design work, including print and digital materials.
  • In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
