Senior Purchase Executive

Responsibilities :
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials and other necessary supplies.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Collaborate with the production, quality, and finance departments to align procurement activities with company goals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and changes in supply chain dynamics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all procurement activities.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in purchasing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
Skills : Vendor Management, Negotiation, Inventory Management, Procurement Software
