Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers for beauty, wellness, and FMCG products.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement.
  • Raise purchase orders, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Maintain inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse and operations team.
  • Conduct market research to analyze price trends, new product availability, and alternative sources.
  • Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance for vendor payments and reconciliation.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other procurement activities.
  • Support in cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of procurement practices in beauty, wellness, and FMCG sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹22,000.00 per month
