We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Remote Desktop Support (RDS) specialist in Kolkata and Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and troubleshooting issues.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide remote desktop support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Create, assign, categorize, prioritize, escalate, track, and close service tickets according to defined SLAs.
  • Handle emails and service requests from clients, ensuring timely resolution and feedback.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to resolve complex problems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in remote desktop support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of remote desktop software and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Notice period: Immediate - 30 days.
