About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive with prior experience in IT service sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with online bidding portals and a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online bidding portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour (PPH), Fiverr , etc.

  • Write and submit compelling proposals to prospective clients.

  • Manage client communication, gather requirements, and coordinate with the technical team.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets and business growth goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Business Development / IT Sales.

  • Strong knowledge and working experience with bidding portals ( Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PPH, Fiverr ).

  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Solutions, and Digital Services.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
