We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Transport Executive Work DynamicsWhat this job involves?Site operations ManagementNight cab deployments as per schedule  Monitor daily checklist for all vehiclesMonitor hygiene status of all vehicles before deploymentEnsue hygiene protocols and PPEs are effectively implementedEnsure tracking of mobile application tool is up and maintained 24/7Ensure allocation of routes, destinations as per the requests with maximum possible reduction in the distanceEnsure to collate all company required statutory documents, licenses pertaining to vehicle and driverEnsure to brief safety precautions on daily basis and preserve recordsInteract with internal customers and ensure customer satisfaction24/7 reachability in case of any emergency supportReport ManagementPlan and maintain repository for all data / informationPrepare business reports to help the client for decision makingSuggest / Recommend changes or inputs required to enhance / optimize processEnsure routine update of database for future referenceData ManagementStore and restore all data as required by clientShare required data for audits within stipulated periodMaintain data as per data retention polityVendor ManagementEnsure service provider supervisors are available in the sites before night operationsEnsure to brief the supervisor on safety aspctsEnsure a property risk management program including audits is implemented and maintainedAny incidents to be recorded and shared with CAPA reportsConsumable stock ManagementEnsure Minimum Order Quantity is maintained for PPEs, breadth analyser, stationeries etc.,Ensure sufficient stock for routine operations are maintainedEnsure procurement on monthly / adhoc basisEnsure business continuityClient visit / Leadership visitEnsure to collate the travel plansEnsure to inform the service provider in advance for preparationsEnsure timely availability of vehicles with transport and cleaning protocolsEnsure to coordinate with Landlord and Physical Security for smooth entry and exitTraining and DevelopmentEnsure to complete mandatory trainings for self as per organization requirement and appraisalEnsure down team to complete mandatory trainings for self as per organization requirement and appraisalPreserve training records and materials for future referenceAudit managementPreserve all the documents, financial invoices, receipts, reports, records in required formatKeep updating the records as and when the month activity gets overParticipate in the audit programs effectively and share the relevant documentsEnsure to get positive feedback and outcome to avoid NCs and observationsSound like you?
