Role & responsibilities

  • Manage Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) operations including product listings, pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate product data, stock levels, and resolve technical/operational issues.
  • Oversee order lifecycle including payment verification, refunds, and shipment tracking.
  • Support O2O strategies and customer re-engagement campaigns.
  • Lead and supervise digital marketing campaigns, email marketing workflows, and ROI optimization.
  • Monitor competitor activity, conduct A/B testing, and prepare sales/engagement reports.

Act as Project Owner for eCommerce-related enhancements and platform improvements

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience with B2B eCommerce platforms (SFCC preferred).
  • Strong understanding of online sales operations and digital marketing integration.
  • Hands-on expertise in promotions, product catalogs, and pricing management.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with global teams.
  • Ability to multitask and manage projects under tight deadlines.
