Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and distribute monthly field allocation amongst the team as per the business requirement
  • Daily/Weekly visit with Collectors on critical cases.
  • Handle the field collection Team size 10-12 Members
  • Plan and track visit roaster of collection team on daily basis
  • Hiring, managing and developing field collection executive for the assigned portfolio
  • Prepare MIS report weekly/monthly collection data
  • Analyze and interpret collection trend through MIS and make strategies.
  • Manager & Control collection portfolio and try to minimize NPA
  • Achieve given monthly collection Target through field effort
  • Guide and Motivate team members.
  • Ensure daily cash collection deposition in company bank account as per SOP.
  • Handle and resolve complaints in coordination with other departments.
  • Settlement Proposal.
