About the Role:

Anytime Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

If you are passionate about fitness, love interacting with people, and have the drive to achieve sales targets, this role is perfect for you. Youll play a key role in promoting our club memberships, handling client relations, and helping members stay committed to their fitness journey.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell gym memberships to new clients and handle renewals/upgrades for existing members.
  • Generate additional revenue through corporate sales, PT training, and nutrition programs.
  • Maintain accurate data of walk-ins, enquiries, and conversions in the GDM software.
  • Manage and execute referral programs, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and messages to new members to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Greet and assist members and visitors, respond to calls, and support the front desk team in daily operations.
  • Actively prospect new leads through calls, texts, emails, and outreach at local events.
  • Work on marketing and promotional activities within and outside the club.
  • Address and resolve member concerns professionally to ensure a great customer experience.
  • Maintain and regularly update the Fitness Consultant Planner using established sales systems.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Presentable, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems.
  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate can apply.
