Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Lead to manage corporate interior fit-out projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong client communication and stakeholder management skills, with a thorough understanding of the project life cycle. This role involves end-to-end project management of office interior fit-outs, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the execution of corporate office interior fit-out projects from planning to handover.
  • Ensure smooth and professional client communication throughout the project.
  • Manage and coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Understand and drive the entire project life cycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
  • Take a proactive approach to identify issues and implement timely resolutions.
  • Prepare, read, and manage project schedules to ensure all milestones are met.
