Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior project management, vendor coordination, on-site execution, budgeting, and client communication. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage interior design projects from inception to handover.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with interior designers, architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure project alignment and timely execution.
  • Coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
  • Ensure material procurement, deliveries, and installations are aligned with project schedules.
  • Manage client communication, provide regular updates, and address concerns professionally.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and billing.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes.
  • Track project KPIs, budgets, and timelines using project management tools/software.

Qualifications:
