Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer (Backend) to join our growing team

at , a Spliceforms enterprise. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that demands technical

expertise, leadership, and a product-driven mindset. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

to build scalable backend systems that power modern fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design, build, and maintain scalable

backend services.

• Ship new features rapidly and iteratively while maintaining code quality and performance.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that are secure, scalable, and resilient.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks, propose optimizations, and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.

Technical Requirements

• 8+ years of strong backend development experience, preferably in fintech or enterprise SaaS.
• Proficiency in Java is mandatory.
• Deep expertise in Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in implementing secure, high-availability REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and performance tuning.

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Technologies

• Frameworks/Tools: Quarkus, Kafka, Solace, Redis, Aerospike
• Monitoring & Logging: ELK stack
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Architectural Patterns: Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design
• Bonus: Prior experience with OpenShift or in the BFSI domain
