Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Location: Hyderabad

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our engineering team and help build scalable SaaS/Enterprise applications. You’ll design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend systems using modern Java frameworks while ensuring reliability, scalability, and clean architecture.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
  • Build and enhance SaaS / Enterprise-grade applications with focus on scalability and performance.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve existing systems.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team best practices.


Must-Have Skills:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on software development experience in Java.
  • Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices architecture.
  • Proven experience in designing and building SaaS / Enterprise applications.
  • Practical exposure to CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and deployment automation.
  • Solid understanding of performance tuning and scalable system design.


Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with event-driven systems (Kafka), caching (Redis), and BPMN engines (Camunda).
  • Exposure to workflow automation and cloud-native architectures.
