We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) with ITI/Diploma qualification and a proven track record in construction project supervision. The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in handling site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor all on-site construction activities.
  • Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor workforce.
  • Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
  • Resolve site issues and escalate critical matters to project engineers/managers.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within budget and quality standards.

Requirements:

  • ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage workforce and handle multiple tasks on site.
