Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee interior and construction projects across Kerala. Freshers with a keen interest in site management and willingness to travel extensively are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site activities to ensure timely and quality execution of projects.
  • Coordinate with workers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations on-site.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to the management team.
  • Address on-site challenges promptly and effectively.
  • Assist in maintaining the inventory of materials required for each project.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Freshers are welcome; previous experience in site supervision or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
  • Ability to manage teams and maintain on-site discipline.
  • Basic knowledge of construction/interior processes is an advantage.
  • Male candidates are preferred for this role (based on job requirements).
