Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Staff member based in New Delhi. The Marketing Staff will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, engaging with customers, and supporting sales efforts. Daily tasks also include providing exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and promoting the brand through effective communication and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, customers, and team members
  • Experience in Market Research and understanding market trends to support decision-making and strategy formulation
  • Skills in Sales and Marketing Strategy, including the ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to collaborate with various teams and achieve organizational goals
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in the food and beverage or retail sector is an advantage
