Contract Role for 3 to 6 months
Location: Millenia Business Park – Phase 2, Perungudi, Chennai.
Key Responsibiilities:
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements, descriptions, and specifications.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database and generate periodic reports on hiring metrics.
- Create a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Assist in employer branding activities, including job fairs, campus recruitment, and social media outreach.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–1 year of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
