Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Hyderabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring sales targets are met. Daily tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, conducting sales meetings, and reporting on sales performance. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring team members to enhance their sales skills.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in Insurance Sales and Market Analysis
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
