Events Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Events Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in events sales.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective event sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure successful events.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events.
- Manage event budgets and ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with events to ensure smooth execution.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in events sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building client relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to handle unexpected issues during events.
- Strong analytical skills are necessary to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Experience in managing multiple events simultaneously demonstrates ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
