Position:
Sr. Accounts officer / Associate Finance Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation (Finance)

Base location
: Pune, Maharashtra

Role
: To ensure due diligence in respect of all major ongoing and upcoming projects and other financial matters at the state units.

Responsibilities:

1.To take up integrated physical – financial audits in coordination with the coordinator, CMVC Plan and undertake financial audits of critical / important projects and state units as per the planned calendar to ensure adherence to financial systems and procedures.

2.Plan and undertake special vigilance audit of specific aspects at identified locations.

3.To coordinate with external appointed internal auditor at BAIF level and scrutinize and track the internal audits at the state units, give feedback of critical observations to the undersigned and ensure compliances from the concerned.

4.Follow-up to ensure compliances of all internal audit observations.

5.Coordinate with internal auditor or associate organisation and will scrutinize internal audit reports.

6.Any other responsibility pertaining to CMVC as entrusted by the Management.

Qualifications, skills, experience, competencies:

  1. Post-graduate degree in Commerce / CA Inter / CA
  2. Well conversant in English and Hindi
  3. Strong knowledge and understanding of auditing, monitoring and evaluation concepts and analytical skills
  4. Good knowledge of ERP system
  5. 3-4 years domain experience
  6. Proactive approach to work, good follow-up and follow-through
  7. Open to learn, assimilate and adopt new and emerging developments

Remuneration: As per Organisational policy.

Additional information
:

  1. Work area will cover travel across the 17 operational States of BAIF, as part of M&E visits to the projects. There shall be occasional visits to other program States for meetings, orientation, review, etc.
  2. Visits to project locations shall cover 15-20 days of a month.
