HVAC BIM MODELLER ( REVIT )Develop detailed 3D BIM Models of HVAC systems using REVIT softwareExperience in computer skills - Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360 platform.Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirementsEnsure models comply with industry standards and project specificationsPerform clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with the design teamMaintain up-to-date models and documentation throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on modeling progressAssist in preparing and presenting project documentation and visualizationsUnderstanding of engineering standards, codes of practice and USA authorities guidelinesGood experience in Duct size calculating, equipment family creation, equipment spatial planningResponsible for the delivery of project discipline scope elements within schedule.Ability to work independently or as a part of a team.Responsible for taking quantity as per designer requirements.
