Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Revit Engineer
with a strong background in creating and managing
BIM (Building Information Modeling)
projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and detailed 3D Revit models based on AutoCAD drawings, ensuring precision, coordination, and compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, modify, and manage
    Revit BIM models
    from AutoCAD drawings and other design inputs.
  • Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to produce accurate 3D models.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design intent is captured.
  • Maintain and organize project files, model standards, and templates.
  • Coordinate model updates and ensure consistency across disciplines.
  • Generate detailed
    construction drawings
    ,
    schedules
    , and
    quantity take-offs
    using Revit.
  • Detect and resolve model conflicts through
    clash detection
    and design coordination.
  • Support design and documentation efforts throughout all project phases.
  • Ensure all work complies with company standards and project-specific BIM execution plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years
    of hands-on experience working with
    Revit
    and
    AutoCAD
    .
  • Proven experience in
    building BIM models from AutoCAD drawings
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    construction documentation
    and
    model coordination
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Revit families, templates, and standards management
    .
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with other BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, Bluebeam) is a plus.
  • 2+ years of telecommunications construction management experience.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Should be able to work in US Central Time zone
