Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales & Technical Pre-Sales Consultant who can seamlessly bridge business development with deep technical expertise.

In this role, you will not only drive lead generation and client engagement but also act as the technical authority during client calls—handling queries, providing accurate budget estimations, and finalizing project scopes.

The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of both Web and Mobile Development and be able to confidently discuss and resolve client questions on WordPress, Shopify, PHP, and Full Stack Development in real-time during calls with the sales team.

Note: This is a night shift role to align with international client time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation through proactive outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
  • Join sales calls to address technical queries and build client confidence.
  • Provide accurate budget estimations for both web and mobile development projects.
  • Explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical clients.
  • Collaborate with the development team to finalize project scopes and timelines.
  • Handle queries on technologies such as WordPress, Shopify, PHP, and Full Stack Development.
  • Participate in client calls, demos, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

(What the candidate must have to qualify)

  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Pre-Sales, or Business Development in IT/software services.
  • Strong in-depth technical understanding of Web & Mobile Development.
  • Expertise in WordPress, Shopify, PHP, and Full Stack Development concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle both technical and business discussions confidently.
  • Experience in project estimation and proposal writing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking, and sales reporting.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business is preferred.
  • Willingness to work in the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST shift.
