Job Location : Pune

Shift : 24*7 Rotational Shifts

Working Days : 5 Days Working

Cabs : Both Side Cabs

# Required Experience and Skills:

7+ years of exp. in any US Insurance Voice or Blended Process (US P&C/ Health Insurance/ General Insurance).

Minimum 2 to 3 years of on paper exp. as Team Leader/Assistant Manager

Should have exp. to handle a team of Voice process/Blended process.

Should have exp. in Process Transition / Automation Project / Six Sigma / Process Improvement

Excellent Communication Skills.

Qualification : Any Graduate
