Zonal Sales Manager - Prime LAP, West

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Zonal Sales Manager -West to lead and drive the Prime LAP business. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in high-ticket-size LAP products within the NBFC/Small Finance Bank sector.

Locations: Anywhere in West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team to achieve business targets for the Prime LAP portfolio.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow market share.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks.
  • At least 8 years of dedicated experience in high-ticket-size Loan Against Property (LAP).
