Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Oversee the packing of products to ensure accuracy and quality.
  2. Knowledge of Industrial packaging, information about packaging equipment, and Packing system operation
  3. Manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability for dispatch.
  4. Coordinate with shipping personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  5. Ensure that all packaging processes comply with safety and quality standards.
  6. Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation for dispatch.
  7. Monitor and report any discrepancies in the inventory or dispatch process.
  8. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
  9. Ensure the workspace is clean, organised, and free from hazards.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in packing, dispatch, or a similar role.
  3. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Good communication skills.
