Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Strategy & Management:

    Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube. Manage content planning, publishing, community management, and analytics. Leverage social trends to create engaging real-time content.
  2. Paid Digital Media:

    Lead planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc. Coordinate with media agencies to ensure ROI and lead generation targets. Analyze performance and derive insights.
  3. Website & SEO Support:

    Oversee website and e-commerce platform maintenance, updates, and performance. Collaborate on UX improvements and SEO implementation. Utilize analytics tools to drive traffic and engagement.
  4. Content Creation & Curation:

    Lead content strategy aligned with brand voice and digital channels. Work with internal teams and partners (agencies, influencers) for high-quality content production. Generate and edit content (copy, visuals, videos) for multiple touchpoints.
  5. Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Manage external partners (agencies, PR, influencers, freelancers). Liaise with internal stakeholders (product, sales, CX) for campaign alignment. Handle marketing budgets effectively.

Skills Required:

  • Expertise in SEO and Digital Marketing
  • Strong experience in Brand Marketing and Campaign Management
  • Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube)
  • Knowledge of Digital Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign performance measurement
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and external agencies
  • Creativity with content strategy and execution

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
