The Role :
We are looking for a
dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Brand & Marketing Manager
to join our leadership team. This is not just a marketing role – it's a chance to
own brand growth, drive innovation, and shape the future of Kimaya Himalayan Beverages in India
. You will be the guardian of our brand, the strategist behind new product launches, and the voice that connects our products with consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Leadership & Strategy

  • Define and execute brand strategies that build strong emotional connections with consumers.
  • Own the brand's story, positioning, and communication across all channels.
  • Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual aesthetics.
  • Monitor brand health metrics and take proactive steps to strengthen market perception.

2. New Product Development & Innovation

  • Lead the
    end-to-end process of ideation, development, and launch
    of new products.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and sales to bring market-ready products that excite consumers.
  • Use consumer trends, insights, and competitor analysis to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Drive launch plans, including pricing, distribution strategy, and communication campaigns.

3. Marketing & Consumer Engagement

  • Design and implement
    high-impact marketing campaigns
    across ATL, BTL, digital, and experiential channels.
  • Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly.
  • Track campaign performance, measuring ROI, and optimizing strategies for maximum impact.

4. Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

  • Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and consumer behavior to inform decision-making.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities, new channels, and potential partnerships.

5. Budgeting & Financial Oversight

  • Plan, manage, and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor spend vs. results and recommend reallocation to high-impact initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Proven 5–7 years' experience in
    FMCG or alcoholic beverage marketing
    , with strong exposure to brand management and new product development.
  • Hands-on experience in
    launching products, building brands, and driving consumer engagement
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset: able to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a flair for storytelling.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, P&L, and marketing ROI.
  • Digital marketing savvy, with experience leveraging social media, influencer marketing, and content strategies.
