Role: Digital Designer (Web & Content)

Location: Hybrid Bangalore | Full-time

About the Role

As our Digital Designer expert, youll own the design of our brand, including the corporate website and all digital content, partnering with teams across marketing, product, and HR. This role is ideal for someone who can think conceptually, design with technical clarity, and enjoys turning complex ideas into elegant, functional digital experiences, across the website and other digital resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of our corporate website — Craft high-impact page designs that speak to FinOps, IT leaders, and enterprise buyers. Your work will be a critical part of our go-to-market presence.
  • Design high-quality customer-facing and internal digital content — Create assets like ebooks, infographics, diagrams, product visuals, and explainer content that make our technical story clear and compelling.
  • Collaborate across time zones — Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams in the US and India to bring ideas to life. We're a global team with async-friendly workflows.
  • Contribute to and evolve our design system — Help shape visual guidelines and reusable components that scale across web and content.
  • Explore creative ways to tell our story — Think beyond static visuals. Propose motion, interaction, or campaign ideas that make our work stand out.

Skills Required

  • 4 to 7 years of experience in brand and digital design, ideally for B2B SaaS, developer tools, or technical products. Major experience in the web preferred.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates sharp visual taste, clear communication, and experience designing for technical or enterprise users.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD, with a solid understanding of responsive web design and component-based design systems.
  • Comfort working in remote and distributed teams, ideally with US-based counterparts.
  • A systems-thinking mindset — you know how to design not just pages, but frameworks and scalable assets.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with motion tools (e.g. After Effects, Lottie), or simple prototyping.
