About the Role:

We are looking for a performance-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with end-to-end expertise in Paid Campaigns (PPC) across all major platforms. The ideal candidate must be able to manage multiple projects independently and bring proven experience in handling B2B, B2C, and D2C campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other platforms.


• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, delivering performance within agreed timelines and KPIs.


• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copywriting, and A/B testing for maximum ROI.


• Monitor daily campaign performance, adjust bids/budgets, and ensure efficient spend utilization.


• Build and maintain detailed performance dashboards and reports (weekly/monthly).


• Perform competitor and industry research to refine PPC strategy for B2B, B2C, and D2C clients.


• Coordinate with design/content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.


• Communicate directly with clients regarding strategies, updates, and performance reviews.

Requirements:


• 3–5 years of hands-on PPC experience (agency background strongly preferred).


• Proven track record of managing B2B, B2C, and D2C paid campaigns.


• Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads.


• Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics GA4, GTM, Data Studio/Looker, etc.).


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.


• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and client accounts.

Nice-to-Haves:


• Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads.


• Experience in marketing automation and CRM integrations.


• Understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page testing.

Work Details:


• Location: Work from office only (no WFH/Hybrid).


• Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.


• Working Days: 6 days a week (Second Saturday Off).
