Role & responsibilities

A Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for Preparation of Tender, Knowledge of Online Platform of Vendor onboarding like SAP and Ariba , shall have site Experience and minimum 5years in Contracts Administration, also having knowledge of local Construction Industry while selection of vendor and familiar with Rate Analysis and negotiation with Vendor. ensuring compliance with legal and company policies .

  1. This role involves developing contract management systems and providing guidance to junior Contract managers.
  2. Key responsibilities also include risk mitigation, cost savings through efficient negotiation, and timely deliverable of Contract.
  3. Ensuring all contracts Comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
  4. Mentoring junior Contract managers, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  5. Developing and implementing contract management systems and processes to optimize efficiency and minimize risk.
  6. Monitoring contract performance, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on contract-related activities.
  7. Pre-qualification of the Contractors & Floating of Expression of Interest.
  8. Finalization of Technical Specifications & BOQ item descriptions.
  9. Techno- commercial negotiations with the Contractors, Preparations of Note for Approval for concurrence of the Management.
  10. Preparation of Rate Approval and issuance of work orders after evaluating Contractors technically and commercially through Comparative statements & negotiations and Internal Workings etc. Complete.
  11. Vendor Performance evaluation of the Contractor.
