Business Innovation Intern
who is curious, creative, and eager to explore how great ideas can translate into real business impact.

Role Overview

As a
Business Innovation Intern
, you'll work closely with the Founders, Product, and Marketing teams to identify new opportunities, experiment with ideas, and improve the way Nynii operates and connects with users.

This role combines creativity, strategy, and analytical thinking — perfect for someone who enjoys brainstorming, researching, and executing smart ideas that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify emerging trends in the home services and gig economy space.
  • Propose and test innovative ideas to enhance Nynii's user and worker experience.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams on pilot projects and experiments.
  • Analyze data and feedback to measure success and impact of initiatives.
  • Support the creation of concept notes, strategy documents, and presentations.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh perspectives to brand, product, and business development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Business, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in startups, technology, and consumer products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset paired with a creative, problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite; familiarity with Notion, Canva, or Figma is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, curious, and eager to take initiative.
