Lead - OSP Intercity

  • Fiber Rollout : Execution of fiber rollout with quality delivery.
  • To establish suitable processes in order to set and monitor benchmark KPIs and Metrics for all the deliverables so as to ensure execution of goals and objectives
  • To Ensure the Vendor Management in place to deliver the Routes / Nodes as per the Network requirement
  • To build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders & Third party vendor so as to bring the benefits to the unit in terms of Fiber Rollout.
  • Inventory tracking and engagement with SCM
  • Co-ordination with ToCo / Infra teams for RFAI
  • Prioritize delivery of link(s) / ring(s) and align partner teams on the field basis readiness of site RFAI and fiber section readiness
  • Co-ordination with ZQH, CQH & Partner teams within circle for clearance of observations, successful Acceptance Testing and commissioning of link(s) / ring(s).
  • Engagement with partners and internal circle stakeholders against weekly and monthly assigned / signed-off targets and ensure plan and inventory availability.
  • Tracking daily progress report of partners and capturing project milestones.
  • Timely weekly governance for the Work execution and issue resolution.
