Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Tele Sales Executive to help us expand our client base. This role involves generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting them into clients over the phone. You will be working from the office using both office systems and phones.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Reach Out to Clients : Call potential customers to introduce our services.

  • Understand Customer Needs : Talk to customers to understand what they need and explain how our services can help.

  • Convert Leads : Convince interested clients to become our customers.

  • Follow Up : Keep in touch with potential clients until they decide.

  • Meet Sales Goals : Work towards hitting sales targets each week or month.

Who We Are Looking For :

  • Qualifications : Any degree is acceptable.

  • Experience : Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling are welcome.

Skills Needed :

  • Strong communication skills in English.

  • Ability to convince and build rapport over the phone.
