Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee annual budgets, ensuring effective cost control across all functions.
  • Monitor production expenses, raw material costs, and overheads to drive cost optimization.
  • Manage cash flows, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory financing for improved liquidity.
  • Ensure timely adherence to GST, TDS, and all statutory financial requirements.
  • Deliver accurate management reports on profitability, cost analysis, and ROI metrics.
  • Strengthen financial controls and coordinate internal/external audits for compliance and accuracy.
  • Evaluate capital expenditure needs and collaborate with financial institutions for funding solutions.
