Job Title: Business Unit Head – Infrastructure & Cloud Services Location: Bangalore, IndiaIndustry: IT ServicesJob SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Unit Head to lead our Infrastructure and Cloud Services division. This role is responsible for driving GTM strategy, sales growth, delivery excellence, and team leadership , ensuring seamless execution of managed services and solution offerings for clients.The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Solution Architect in Infrastructure and Cloud, combined with strong business acumen and leadership skills to build and grow the business unit.Key ResponsibilitiesGTM & Sales Leadership : Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Infrastructure services to achieve revenue and growth objectives.Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, driving customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Managed Services Delivery : Oversee the delivery of high-quality managed services, presales activities, and solutioning for clients.Hiring & Team Building : Partner with leadership to hire and develop Technical Delivery Managers (TDMs) and Architects across various accounts.Strategic Planning : Align business unit goals with organizational strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence.Solution Architecture Expertise : Provide technical and strategic guidance leveraging past experience in infrastructure and cloud architecture.Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business success and customer satisfaction.Required Experience & QualificationsExperience : Minimum of 15+ years in IT services with at least 3+ years of recent experience in a leadership role (BU Head, Practice Head, Delivery Head).Proven track record as a Solution Architect in Infrastructure and Cloud Services in the earlier stages of career.Strong understanding of Managed Services, Presales, Solutioning, and Client Engagement .Ability to hire, mentor, and lead high-performing technical teams .Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
