Sales Manager BFSI

Role & responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle for BFSI & Retail modules.
- Achieve revenue targets through enterprise and MSME sales.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
Partnerships & Alliances
- Build and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, insurance players, and retail groups.
- Co-develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies with ecosystem partners.
Business Development
- Identify new revenue streams and cross-selling opportunities across BhaiyaaOS+ modules.
- Track industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.
Marketing & Co-Branding
- Work with marketing to launch joint campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
- Represent BhaiyaaOS+ at BFSI and retail industry events.
Team & Leadership
- Lead and mentor a small sales team.
- Establish structured sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting.
Preferred candidate profile
Education: MBA from a reputed institute; Engineering background preferred.
- Experience:
• 610 years in sales, alliances, or BD in BFSI fintech and e-commerce/retail sectors.
• Experience in SaaS or ecosystem/platform sales.
- Skills:
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation, and partnership management.
• Knowledge of ONDC, digital commerce, and BFSI workflows.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
