
Front Office Executive

- Maintain proper records of guest arrivals, departures, and billing.
- Operate the front office system for check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations.
- Ensure guest details are properly documented as per hotel policy.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other modes of payment.
- Prepare guest bills and ensure timely settlement.
- Maintain daily cash report and handover during shift change.
- Act as a communication link between guests and other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance).
- Inform housekeeping of room status updates (check-outs, early arrivals, late check-outs).
- Coordinate with security regarding lost & found, guest safety, and VIP protocols.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Handle complaints professionally, escalating to the Duty Manager if required.
- Follow up to confirm guest issues are resolved.
- Maintain logbooks, shift reports, and handover notes.
- Update records of occupancy, revenue, and daily reports for management.
- Adhere to hotel SOPs and grooming standards.
- Assist with concierge services (transport, travel desk, tours, etc.).
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
