Job Title: Liaisoning Manager – Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Job Description (Short)
- Manage and coordinate all statutory approvals and NOCs for real estate projects.
- Liaise with government departments (Municipal Corporation, Town Planning, RERA, Fire, Pollution Control, etc.).
- Ensure timely submission of documents and follow-ups for approvals.
- Maintain strong relationships with government officials and local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with building bye-laws, DCR, and real estate regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, design, projects) for required documentation.
- Track approval status and report progress to management.
Skills Required
- Strong liaisoning and networking abilities.
- Good knowledge of real estate regulations and approval processes.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and documentation skills.
Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of real estate liaisoning experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
