Laptop Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laptop Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops of various brands and models. You will be responsible for hardware and software troubleshooting, component-level repairs, and providing excellent technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair laptops (hardware & software issues).
  • Perform motherboard, chip-level, and component-level repairs.
  • Replace and upgrade parts such as RAM, hard drives/SSDs, keyboards, screens, and batteries.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
  • Provide data backup, recovery, and virus removal services.
  • Deliver professional customer service and maintain detailed repair records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Laptop Technician (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of hardware components, chip-level repairing, and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple repairs efficiently.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Certification in Computer Hardware/Networking or relevant field.
  • Experience with soldering, BIOS programming, and advanced repair tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
