The group is in business for over three decades and pioneer in the beverage industry handling NARTD products (Non-Alcoholic Ready-to-Drink) with group turnover exceeding 2000 crore. As part of expansion we are looking for a SrManager-IT role for their operations in Punjab. Key responsibilities of a D365 F&O technical functional with 12 years of experience might include :Deep understanding of F&O modules :Comprehensive knowledge of core F&O modules like

General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory Management, Sales, Procurement, Project Management, and Manufacturing depending on industry focus. Technical development skills :

  • Proficient in X programming language, ability to develop customizations, extensions, integrations, and custom workflows within the D365 F&O environment.

Business requirement analysis :

  • Gathering and analysing complex business needs from stakeholders, translating them into functional specifications for development.

Solution design and architecture :

  • Designing technical solutions considering scalability, performance, and maintainability, including data mapping and integration points.

Implementation and configuration :

  • Performing system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment of D365 F&O solutions across various project phases.
  • Troubleshooting and support :
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues, providing ongoing maintenance and support for implemented solutions.
  • Team leadership and mentoring :
  • Leading technical teams, guiding junior developers, and sharing expertise within the project.
