Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Amritsar. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating construction projects, managing team schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role includes maintaining client relationships, supervising staff, troubleshooting issues, and reporting progress to senior management. The Assistant Manager will also assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Team Coordination skills
- Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Quality Control procedures
- Client Relationship Management and Communication skills
- Experience with Budgeting and Resource Allocation
- Problem-solving and Troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
