We're Hiring: Consultant – Digital Practice | Location: India

Are you passionate about digital innovation, user experience, and design-led transformation? Join our team and help shape next-generation digital journeys across payments, mobile applications, and financial services.

As a Consultant – Digital Practice, you'll work on exciting projects that combine strategy, design, and technology—collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with teams of consultants and designers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.
  • Lead discovery, design, and development of digital journeys using Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles.
  • Create storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to visualize ideas and enhance user experiences.
  • Assess mobile app journeys, identify gaps, and define enhancements for improved usability and compliance.
  • Conduct user research, market testing, and co-create innovative digital payment solutions.
  • Define personas, customer journeys, and translate requirements into information architecture and UI specs.
  • Present solutions to clients and internal stakeholders, driving adoption and implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Product or UX Design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user experience design, service design, and emerging digital technologies.
  • Hands-on experience leading design projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in Agile project delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, creativity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Management Consulting or Digital Strategy.
  • Exposure to Payments or Banking domains.
  • Strong storytelling, problem-solving, and client engagement abilities.
