Job Summary: 4-6 years experienced profiles with experience in Ecommerce domain and the technical knowledge listed below for L2 support. Good communication and customer handling skills mandatory.Technical skills:

  • Good experience in SQL database
  • Knowledge of Loyalty application
  • Exposure to GCP, Azure cloud services.
  • Experience in handling API related issues, calling API using Postman or similar tools.
  • Knowledge integration with SFCC, SFMC would be needed.
  • Experience Ecommerce platforms, domain

Incident Management:

  • 2-3 years exposure in application support / Sustain.
  • Knowledge on ITIL process.
  • Respond to and resolve support tickets within agreed-upon service level agreements
  • (SLAs).
  • Document and track incidents, providing timely updates to stakeholders on the
  • resolution progress.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues to prevent future occurrences.
