What You'll Do

As our
Content Lead
, you'll be instrumental in defining and executing our content vision. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Strategise & Innovate:
    Develop and implement a robust content strategy across various platforms (website, blog, social media, email, in-app, video scripts, webinars). You'll identify content gaps, analyse market trends, and ensure our content resonates with the needs of Indian investors and traders.
  • Lead Content Creation:
    Oversee the creation of high-quality, accurate, and engaging content, from articles and blog posts to PR articles and video scripts. You'll ensure all content is SEO-optimised and aligns with Alice Blue's brand voice.
  • Manage & Mentor:
    Lead and inspire a team of talented content marketers, providing guidance, managing workflows, and fostering their professional growth.
  • Analyse & Optimise:
    Monitor content performance using analytics tools, providing data-driven recommendations to continuously improve our content's reach and impact.
  • Collaborate Effectively:
    Work closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:
    5-10 years in content creation and strategy, with a significant focus on financial services, the stock market, or the fintech industry.
  • Education:
    A minimum of an
    MBA/PGDM
    from a reputed institution is required. Additional relevant certifications (e.g., NISM, CFA Level I) are a big plus.
  • Stock Market Savvy:
    A deep understanding of the Indian stock market, capital markets, trading instruments (equities, derivatives, commodities, currencies), and both fundamental and technical analysis.
  • Exceptional Communicator:
    Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    Proven ability to lead a team, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Location:
    This role requires you to reside in
    Yelahanka
    Bangalore
    or be willing to relocate.
