Role Overview:

We're looking for a Content Lead who can own the content strategy, tone, and creative direction for Master's. You'll build, lead, and scale a content team that crafts powerful narratives blending education, entertainment, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the end-to-end content strategy for the Master's app.

Lead a team of writers, editors, and content producers to deliver high-quality, engaging content.

Work with product, growth, and creator teams to align content with business and engagement goals.

Curate, conceptualise, and script creator-led masterclasses, live sessions, and video content.

Maintain brand voice and consistency across all touchpoints, app, social media, and campaigns.

Analyse content performance data to refine tone, topics, and storytelling formats.

Collaborate with creators and influencers to co-create impactful, trend-driven content.

Identify emerging trends in edutainment, social learning, and creator ecosystems.

Requirements:

4–7 years of experience in content strategy, digital media, or creative production.

Strong background in storytelling, scriptwriting, and editorial planning.

Experience working with creators, influencers, or edtech/media platforms preferred.

Ability to translate data & insights into creative decisions.

Excellent command over English and Hindi (both verbal & written).

Leadership experience, ability to guide and inspire a creative team.
