Role description

Scrum Master

Exp: 9-12yrs

Location : Hyderabad

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in software development teams.

  • Expertise in Jira and Confluence, with the ability to structure and optimize team workflows.

  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience adapting frameworks to evolving teams.

  • Proven ability to manage capacity planning and estimation, helping teams improve forecasting and efficiency.

  • Strong conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across distributed teams.

  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and reporting on progress, ensuring smooth execution.

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, proactively defining structure in a fast-moving environment.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, fostering collaboration across multiple time zones.

  • Results-driven mindset, ensuring Agile processes lead to measurable improvements.

  • Experience in change management practices

  • Understanding of the software development process, software architecture paradigms, and enterprise solution architectures.

  • A proven track record of success in both large-scale engineering environments and agile "startup" teams. Beneficial Experience

  • Software engineering, specifically with Python, , JavaScript /

  • Knowledge of AI/ML/Generative AI concepts, processes, and applications.

  • Experience using Generative AI solutions in your day to day work

  • Knowledge of cloud-based AI services and infrastructure
