Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in Gurugram. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing the office environment, developing community initiatives, planning events, and fostering a sense of community among the tenants. The role also involves handling tenant relations, resolving issues, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities, maintaining office policies, and supporting the sales team with tenant inquiries and tours of the facility.

  • Experience in community management, event planning, and tenant relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with facility management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
