Client Servicing Lead MICE

Location: Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore

Experience: 12 Years+ | Industry: MICE | Events | Corporate Events

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing Lead to lead our client management efforts in the MICE and corporate events space. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong client relationships, ensuring seamless event execution, and driving client satisfaction across high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the client servicing team and oversee all client relationships for corporate and MICE accounts.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of events and services, aligning with client expectations and company standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing escalations and strategic requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and implement improvements in service delivery.
  • Develop client engagement strategies to increase repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare reports and present client insights, feedback, and growth opportunities to senior management.
  • Ideation and Conceptualisation

Requirements:

  • 12 years+ of experience in Client Servicing / Account Management in MICE, Events, or Corporate Event Sales.
  • Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and deliver complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of event planning, budgeting, and execution processes.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a client servicing team.
